Adult Education Funding (AEB & Related Routes)
Contact Us
We are working with local authorities, initially in the Midlands, to provide some of these courses free to students who are entitled to them. If you do not qualify for a free course, then we have priced each course fairly and offer a payment scheme to make them affordable to most students.
Most courses come under AEB funding where the rules for eligibility are:
- Age: Learners must be aged 19 or older
- Residency: Must be a resident in England and have lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years.
- Be unemployed or low waged (see below)
- Low Wage Threshold: Increased to £22,308 per year (from 1 April 2024) to align with the National Living Wage, allowing low-paid workers to access fully funded training.
-
Qualification Level: Funding is typically provided for:
- Level 2/3: First full qualifications for individuals aged 19–23, or 24+ in low-wage employment.
