Hayley Indge

SEND Specialist

Hayley Indge works as a Teaching Assistant in a Birmingham school specialising in children with SEND. Her role includes supporting individual children and groups, delivering speech and language programmes, and managing complex behaviours.

Hayley has extensive training in SEND education and recently completed a Foundation Degree in Education, with plans to progress to a BA.

She is passionate about providing high-quality education for children with SEND and delivering effective training for practitioners.

Hayley lives in Staffordshire with her husband and three young children and is a dedicated Scout Leader and lifelong Scouting enthusiast.
